The project

An Acton home needed more electrical capacity and a cleaner, better-organized service. We completed a 400-amp service upgrade using dual 200-amp main breakers feeding two full-size 200-amp distribution panels, with new exterior service equipment and carefully routed feeders.

Scope

• New exterior service equipment, meter, and emergency service disconnects

How we approached it

We coordinated the service change, installed the new exterior equipment and risers, and split the home's circuits cleanly across two labeled 200-amp panels so the system is easy to work with and ready to grow.
